Worst service centre. Staff response is bad. Mr. Dasarath, the manager is very incompetent. The service centre people asked us to pay the insurance money saying that it will be reverted back to our account. But it was sent to the service centre itself. Despite asking the staff numerous times including the manager Mr. Dasarth who told us it will be reflected back to us by the end of the day multiple times. It's been 2 months we never got the money. Please do not trust the service centre and pay the insurance claim before hand. I'm sure most of the positive reviews are fake. Do not go to this service centre.
Excellent service. They keep you informed and fully explain what work needs to be done. They are by far the best place that I have taken my car too from the showroom.
This team has all the qualities to be the worst team in India. Even after 9 days of vehicle purchase they did not provide a TR and complete the insurance process. The sales executive we had the misfortune of meeting goes by the name YS. He doesn't pick our calls, tells the worst possible stories to cover up their unprofessional behaviour. He did not provide the contact of the quality manager and showroom manager even after asking multiple times. So we contacted the toll-free number of NEXA to lodge a complaint. They provided the numbers of the managers. Manager's phone is switched off. Quality manager is on leave and said she would arrange the showroom manager to call us in 10 minutes. It didn't happen, however, she got back to us and somehow after all the calls/appeals/requests/anguish they cleared the insurance on that day; TR completed three days after that. If you have any plans of purchasing a vehicle from this showroom, I strongly suggest to rethink, and you do yourself a big favour. They surely can make the joy of purchasing a vehicle vanish almost immediately. I am giving 1 star only because I could not give a -5 stars.
Do not go to this showroom ever. I repeat please do not go to this showroom for any car booking. They will not deliver the car on time and they will never inform you anything. All they do is delaying the vehicle delivery, be it vehicle or be it insurance papers. If you really wanted to buy a maruti car, better to go to any other NEXA showroom, but not this one. Especially the manager Swamy, he's such an irresponsible person he never calls back on any queries. I doubt all these things are going to owner really. Or may be the owner also aware of this and deliberately acting as if everything is fine? Whatever it is, they are giving lot of pain to customers. So, my advice to customer reading the review, PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THIS ARENA AND NEXA SHOWROM.
My kind request to Maruti Suzuki head office is please don't encourage such kind dealers and customers are losing hopes on maruti vehicles because of these some kind of dealers. I Never suggest this dealer , even after advance booking we didn't get the vehicle on time.. , we cancelled booking and tried in Hyderabad within 4days we got the same vehicle and color.., that's the trust they have to build, but negligence behaviour by sales manager till now we didn't receive cancellation amount, not even responding anyone.. don't waste your time and money .. better buy somewhere else.. worst staff I have ever seen before like this.. trust is most important for the customer., They are not maintaining it.. waste of giving one star .. my sincere request to another customers who are going to this showroom is please see all the reviews and save your time and money.
Worst service: While inquiry time they will tell us nicely we can deliver the car within 10 days & once the payment is done then they will tell you like anything. They are not able to fulfil their promise of what they are giving to customers. Advance amount also they will not give once the payment is done. So before going to purchase any maurthi car in this showroom think once.
This is the worst service showroom in the town. They ask us to pay insurance amount for the service and also claim it from the company. When we ask to send refund the claim amount, they stop responding.
