For my trouble of time, I went to South Park Motor, Chackai & paid Rs. 3000 for booking a car. Luckily, I escaped from a big scam. Six months after booking the car, the sales executive called and told me that the vehicle has dispatched from factory and was asked to pay 90% of the onroad price of the vehicle as soon as possible. I said I will give cash only after checking the car at dealer's yard. It was not acceptable to them. So I decided to cancel that booking and asked them to refund the booking amount. After several phone calls, they refunded Rs.2750 after deducting Rs.250 without any reason. I don't need to just give my hard earned cash to the one who saw it. After 6 days, I registered a complaint with Maruti Suzuki and this dealer refunded the balance amount Rs. 250 on the same day itself. Thanks to Maruti Suzuki. I have only one thing to say to those who have decided to buy car from this dealer after reading this review - " arriyaatt pillll corriyumpoo arriyuN".

Good Behavior of Staff/ Nice Work/ Well Maintained/ Time Efficient/ Cost Efficient... Well Organized Service Centre with Trained Staffs. I have just make a call to the Reception for an enquiry and they checked my problem and make a reply as much as fast. I have gone there with my SWIFT car for an AC Check up and Gas Top up and some little Maintanence and they took my car into the Garage and Resolved my problem in just 3 hours(I have entered there at 1:10pm and 1pm to 2pm was Lunch Break). And also they have updated me about the progress through Message and also by person. I Personally felt that Southpark charged a reasonable cost from me as Compared to other Service Centres. Cons: If there is more space for Garage, then it would be better. I personally feel there is a shortage of place and when there is some more Space for Garage then it would be Wonderful.

What makes this showroom stand apart from others is the fact that it's located in a much accessible area, has a lot of space and the most important one - the hospitality of the employees are welcoming ! Price gradient is almost similar to other showrooms in the city. Pros : - Location - Test Drive Facility can be done on the Highway - More Space ; Hence more cars to touch and feel - Employees are welcoming Cons : - Well, nothing comes to my mind when I think of cons, right now.

Very poor product quality: I have purchased a Alto K10 on 26th June 2017. After 2 weeks, one door handle was broken. I informed to the showroom and they said that it might be a manufacturing defect. I was concerned about the product quality and told them to replace all the remaining handles. but they replaced only the broken one. Yesterday after my first service another door handle also broken. Within one month of purchase, two door handles got damaged. I don't know whether they are using the duplicate handle or not. Anyways I had a very bad experience and also don't know whether the same will happen to any other parts also.
