Third grade kind of service.. No word to say about this showroom. There service manager don't know how to talk with customer. They don't know what is service warranty period. One advisor saying 3 month another saying 6 month. Maruti Suzuki should look upon this delear

Really unprofessional, doesn't know how to fit seat cover. There are lot of wrinkles after the fitting. After complaining also they say the fitting will be like this. Would not recommend to do any leather work here.

For any doubt about purchasing of a new car , I mostly suggest to first visit this showroom. U will get all brands vehicles details from the sales team. Also hospitality is very good. All the staff are very helpful. When visit this showroom I had a doubt in between purchasing of Celerio or Tata . I got the best offer and friendly behaviour of the team so I go through Maruti . Awesome. We had great buying and service experience, Although it was my 1st service. And hoping for the same for forword days too. They are very responsive, well educated and cooperative too. Staffs of This dealer are so good. Recommended dealer. Please visit.

There is no call from the showroom once the service ticket is booked online. There is no pick and drop facility. Once you reach there they put you in a que and there is no one to attend you. Once you are fattened they will pursue you to purchase accessories and extended warranties and will not work towards fixing your service problems. A simple first free service also takes 5-6 hours which mainly consists of water cleaning and basic check up. Moreover once you reach there to collect your car you have to inspect your car properly as it will have water stains, unpolished stains and dust and mud stains all around. So you have to call out the washer boys and they will do the work which should have done before handing over the vehicle. Really horrible experience of servicing a new car in a Maruti servicing centre.
