Service and attention to their customers is really commendable and the staff is very cooperative in every aspect. Mr. Jayakumar (Service Manager) is the main driving force of the workshop there and is a very understanding and effective manager. I some have communication problems with some of the staff there as I am a Hindi speaking person, but glad that Mr Jayakumar always comes to help. Thanks RNS team Nelamangla
Service centre near nelamangala, staff responded quickly, when it comes to service quotation they added many types of service with all the fancy names and types. Adding all, it came around 10k tried negotiating but unsuccessful, they were telling all the stories like we are offering less compared to ather centre. Finally we calmly refused the service.

This service centre is near Nelamangala and provide quick decent service... Someone had rammed to my vehicle from behind. After visiting the service station, one of the mechanics came and inspected the vehicle. Suggested to get couple of clamps changed. Also, helped in getting the same changed quickly. Overall end to end customer service and the behaviour of the staffs is pretty decent.
