The showroom does not have any business or ethical values. After they get the payment for the car, we have to run after them to get all the things done. Once they get the payment, they don't care at all. It's been three months running since I purchased my car from them, and they still haven't provided my car registration number. Every time I call and ask, they will say next week. When I wanted to raise my issue with the Manager, he doesn't pick my calls. This is how they treat their customers. Avoid this showroom. There are many other Maruti showrooms, which prospective customers can explore. If you want to drive your car with peace of mind, avoid this showroom. Speaking from personal experience.
seating room is not good, sofa conditing u can see in picture. Tea machine not available. Staff working good and taking too much time
Experience was pathetic No customer support, they just befool the customer Mechanics don't have much knowledge. They deliver the car after months without proper checking. I advice to take your car to a service centre having good quality mechanics and support team.
First service is good but need 5-6 hour for simple car service without any big issue in your car if there is big issue they definitely ask you to come tomorrow for delivery and lots of time in washing area ,a very long queue in washing if your time matter so don't waste your time here choose some other place .
Very bad costumer experience i booked Swift in white color and booking amount was accepted by dealer but two days before the delivery date dealer called me and sad that white color not is not available. I m very disappointed by maruti dealership.
Just drop my vehicle for service and maintenance.. staff behaviour is good. Soon let u know about services. Received my car yesterday ... service is satisfactory. But the bill was extra ordinary.all most 10k for my wagonR. they implement unwanted service and treatment to my car which dose not needed Overall i suggest. If your car wat service bettere done it outside .
Not satisfied with the service and washing team, very bad experience, after telling plenty of time no proper cleaning.
