So here is my honest review. This is Udaipur's first & largest authorised Maruti Suzuki Service Centre. I met with an accident on 25.October near Kumbhalgarh. Due to its vicinity, i had to get my car towed to Navneet Motors, for which i had to an handsome amount. My car reached there on night of 25.October.22. It took more than a week for insurer company's surveyor to complete the formalities & finally repairing of vehicle was started. Meanwhile a WhatsApp group was created by Supervisor of Navneet Motors to keep me updated with all progressions. I had calls meanwhile from Mr.Ganpat Singh, who was very comprehensively explaining all the proceedings regarding repair etc. Finally, it took more than 1 month for my car to get completely repaired & I got a call for final payment. To my surprise, the billing amount was around 1.60Lacs, out of which around 1lakh was beared by insurance company & remaining i had to pay. Now here comes the twist. You can get a glimpse of the impact of damage by looking at the pictures of my car. I enquired a lot in Udaipur & Kota & was told everywhere that if i would have got this repairing done outside, i wouldn't have to pay this much even if i have not claimed the insurance. Inspite of all that, the front suspensions are making hideous noise which is really bothersome. So after paying more than 60 thousand, i have to get it checked again because i can't take my car to Navneet Motors, Udaipur again from Kota.. I know this all happens at every authorised service centre, it's nothing new for me or Navneet Motors, but agony is that even after paying soo many bucks, my car isn't repairing properly.. That's really pathetic..

Don't give accidental car Don't forget to keep the accident in car repair, these people are responsible for the bill, they are paying for the rest of the car, they took my car to the showroom, I found out that they had repaired the car but I couldn't see the photo.
