Very good customer friendly staff especially sales executive Girish he helped me a lot for the selection and delivery of my car.

I have paid here full amount to renew my Car Insurance on 8th Dec. But still these people could not able to renew my car Insurance or not been able to return my amount . Rs. 15000/- is holding since Last 2 wks and I could not able to use my car since Last 2 weeks.

Good customer service by sanoop, he clearly explained all the details, and also homely atmosphere, personally I suggest sanoop to attend future services.....

Good costomer service

Very poor service. They never picked up issues during service and we had to go there 4 times after the service with various issues. People are friendly but that doesn't mean dishonest ones can't be so. Lastly we went to change break pad and they insisted each time all 4 need to be changed simultaneously!!!

Very poor quality service.Yesterday I had given my Wagon R for service and registered complaints regarding Spoiler one side bolt loose and misalignment of rear bumper on one end.During registration they said that they will address all the issues but in evening when I had gone to take my vehicle back,I was surprised to see both the complaints were not addressed. The person who registered the complaints in morning said to that their accessories department is not working on Sundays and hence they couldn't rectify the spoiler issue.Regarding bumber he was trying to frighten me with the consequences of removing the bumper.He was telling me that if the other clips got damage while removal then I have to replace the entire bumper.I asked him why didn't you inform me about this in morning,so that I would have opted another workshop. His reply was such foolish that he thought he might give a try.Literally they have pick pocketed Rs 2058 from me.They had charged Rs 450 for car wash and when I received my vehicle I could find that they haven't washed my car roof top.When I highlighted this he was telling me that, they missed it due to glare falling on top of roof.Absolutely poor quality of Service and I request everyone to think twice before giving your vehicle.

Service is good but they do unnecessary checks in your car to increase the bill and also try to add some accessories like perfume in the car for which the cost is added in your final bill. So please cross check the bill before payment.

Service center is good. Customer service is also good.
