Highland automobile is not bad workshop Then what is this??. its owner does not give lamps anymore Otherwise, the workers of the abdomen are very good.without salary for 1 year..... If the owner gives the salary and makes more and more parts available and invests some money in the workshop they touched the sky ....

Located at a prime location in the heart of Srinagar City with easy access through any mode of travel. The staff are well mannered and extend their hands for helping you. The commitments are met and expectations are really met.

I am paying my insurance since 6 year and that too full insurance, my car got scratches in traffic fr both ends n then i claimed insurance for the first time and to my surprise the head of insurance team Mr Bilal had purchased insurance of private company with out any confirmation fr my side and when it was claim time it was so rude that they changed 4 statements in four day and talked so rude and my work was left in half way and was not given full claim as per promises .i feel cheated will never buy any car fr them as i was about to buy of of their newly lunched car i changed my mind and the level of paint work is.of stone age really disgusting. Plz teach ur staff some work ethics n manners to talk.

Altogether management is rude and unprofessional. I don't know how they manage to influence customers. Who ever goes there gives thumbs down to them, a person has to beg moving from one desk to another one manger to another as there is not any central management and authority to get things done. Everyone from bottom to top is working unprofessionally.

Very easy to reach location(3 minutes walking distance from Radio Kashmir/Zero Bridge), staff is cordial and you get regular prompt response about your queries. I have been here more than once and never received bad service. Book your car, refresh your dreams. Have a nice day

This seems to be one of those unprofessional and Don't care workshops. They have somwhat poor Customer service system. Nobody greets you, and you have to go from desk to desk to be listened. Sometimes you yourself have to go find the mechanic around the workshop. The work done on your car is not quality work. You have to inspect your car many times after even a simple bumper repair to make sure they haven't messed up something else. My observations above are based on my two visits to the workshop for a bumper and rear light repair insurance claim. They kept the car with them for 22 days for bumper replacement citing lack of availability of a bumper!. They used to say they will call back but didnt. It was only after escalating the issue that my car was repaired. Plus they didn't even bother to wash my car themselves. Definitely need to improve their Customer Relationship.

Their services are great..but they pay technicians too late after many months rather then on time.... technicians are hands,arms and money making trees for the company...but the company adminstration officials are very bad. Honestly...very disappointed.. personally experienced...

The place is quite and calm , infact no customer flow at all. The staff and other workers are very sober and kind to everyone .
