This is to bring to your notice that customer service is very poor and we are extremely unhappy about it. There is very poor service and delay in the repair of the lost. As per the executive sijomon updated as per the company rules that he would return the vehicle within ten days. But in regret it is still ninteen day's and the meterial also yet not arrived in the showroom. This is a very sorrwful thing. We are totally disappointed with the negligence of BRD.
