Maruti Suzuki ARENA AVG Showroom functioning at Heart place of Kottayam town, Baker Junction. I visit this Showroom since my childhood. This Showroom has Excellent customer interactive staffs. The Pleasant dealings and support of Mr. Ajith in the insurance department are very appreciable. This is the perfect place for your all Maruti Suzuki deals.
A great redefined showroom with a good visibility in all aspects. Though the showroom is a bit small, it has got all the facilities that are supposed to have. The way everything is arranged is nice, they have used there space to the maximum. The customer service was excellent with latest technologies being used for onboarding a new customer. They have also got a nice and clean cafeteria.
I have booked a Maruti Brezza zdi, online and subsequently Maruti directed the booking amount to AVG motors, Kottayam. I cancelled the booking on 25/08/23 and copied the cancellation receipt to both Maruti and AVG motors. Since then I have sent several mails to the Maruti and AVG, for refund of the booking amount. So far neither Maruti nor AVG has refunded the booking amount even after one of cancellation. What a pathetic service by Maruti and AVG.
