Good service.service charges little high

Car Service quality very poor for my experience. But sales department is good

Worst sales man service. He is not responding after making advance payment to my friend.

I had a enquiry call for Alto 800. The sales person Mr.Manoj responded immediately and asked to explain the need and I said the budget car was my wish. He explained the specs technically and the commercially for Alto 800/Celerio/Spresso/Swift. 1. Finally I convinced to go with the Swift LXI with some added package of power windows central locks and few major mats and accessories with reasonable budget. 2. He explained the car warranty and the insurance terms of taking the tie up insurance 3.well defined the payment procedure and the loan formalities. 4.We are expected to get the delivery on August 31 2022. The remaining details will be updated.

I went the service center on holiday, only there were very few pople for service. Somehow after delay of a day, they completed the service. It's not right to give 3 stars only to this sales and service center because of the mistakes or delay due to one or two employees. I think the management will take care of that issues. But to my knowledge I think the skill and knowledge which these employee posses is not at all comparable with the service center in big cities. That's only my observations and may be by this time they might have acquired skills.
