Maruti Car Show Room in Ottappalam under the AM Group one of main group selling Maruti Vehicles in Kerala. They are the biggest retail chain selling Maruti vehicle. This group is having showrooms in all major and small towns of Kerala. They are having service centers attached with the showrooms. Situated near Kayarampara 3 km from Ottappalam Town on Palakkad Road.

Free Service in new vehicles are not confident. In My experience They are doing un necessary works and not attending complaints after their wrong activity.

Time taken for service even after less vehicles.

In Service they ignore small issues. We requested to fix the head rest lock issue and vibration in windows for past 3-4 service. They where not fixed it.

Good facility. Spacious. Clean and beautiful. Good customer interaction.

nice experience even at covid time...fast service. .A fast service is considered as best service. Very neat and clear environment. Reasonable amount for servicing and additional product adding cost.Thank you
