One of the worst experience. !!!! Staffs are very unprofessional, untrained and Zero knowledge. My Baleno glass was broken, after one week they informed me, it's not available in Kerala any of their braches. Finally, I brought myself from Calicut and they fixed. Unfortunately, they don't have idea and they fixed very unprofessional way. (They couldn't fixed the mold interior properly, there is a gap from left to right.) I really wants to highlight that, the employees never answer your call. You have to go Yousef and to check. I asked for the manager, the manager is busy and he is out of the office. I took his number, unfortunately he didn't answer my call.

Service is so horrible. They don't have people who can identify problems. Only they know is to replace parts and charge from the customer. If that didn't solve the issue, they change another part. that's all.. No responsibility at all. I will never give my vehicle there for any service. And they keep on sending annoying messages regarding their service even if we ask them not to. Basically they don't care about customer.

Making mistakes in two consecutive services not aggreable. Bad response after complaining,? Its a bad attitude..... Arent you guys shamless not to give response to complaint which is given to the headoffice????? That shows how pathetic is your services.

Worst customer support service experince. Nobody is attending the service. I waiting 30 minutes... Nobody taken care... No prorioty for the service customers... Attitude of staff is bad

best destination for service... final remedy for any service issues... i believes sound knowledge for all staff. friendly dealing inside the centre and beyond also the advantages... the open minded and assisting character of slim service manager provokes me to visit there for next service too... feels awesome about this centre for assisting me in breakdown of vehicle...keep it up...thanks. No gesture for staff...
