Very bad service. Not good behaviour from staffs. I went there two times. First time the staff asked me to go to mechanical department to enquire about parts availability. Also once I collected the parts I needed and paying the money, I have to keep on calling and wait for the staff to fix it on my vehicle. Second time also the behaviour is similar. There was a minor checkup. I reached there 5.30pm. They told me to keep the vehicle there and collect it on next day as it is closing time. Now only I saw their closing time is 6pm. I have a Hyundai i10 car earlier and they were good at treating the customer. Once we reach there, they will enquire and do the necessary steps and keep us updated.

Bought a vehicle from here. Exceptional service from a staff member called Sri. Roshith KP. He was there to help us in purchasing the car. Normally the showroom reminds us when it is time to service the vehicle. They don't pick up calls or remind us about service after buying the car.
