sharing my personal experience. I have called the service and booked an appointment for next day. I went with the car and they told they can't take the car for service even though I have an appointment. then whats the point of service booking. Its our valuable time they are wasting. I asked for taking insurance claim for body works. claims is my personal choice and the are saying it cant be claimed because its small works and it may affect your resale value. this shouldn't be the way you treat your customer. its not the service person giving orders to customer what to do on thier cars. its our right to raise a claim or whether or not to sell the car. I am there to get the issue fixed. not to walk way without getting fixed .

First of all, Poor service and they just even can't attend the customers properly. It's third time I am going this service centre regarding the same issue which was initiated through their service. They give 0% respect to customers while informing the issues. People who are going to this showroom for service, please ensure that your vehicle is in proper condition.
