As a longtime Aadhi Maruti customer, I've recommended the Saravanampatti branch to many of my friends for both car repairs and new car purchases. Although they have always provided excellent customer service earlier, I just had a negative encounter with them, which I wanted to share. I had to have a dent fixed and a section of my car painted by them, and they used cheap paint that didn't last even a year. As a result, I advise the public and my friends to keep an eye on this and to avoid bringing their cars here for service. I am writing this after pursuing the same issue with them for nearly five years without receiving a satisfactory response from them.

Hi All, We bought Wagon R from Sarvanampatti branch the car was delivered yesterday with pleasant experience .Initially we contacted Mr.Manikandan sales person who was the one point contact from the initial visit to delivery time.Initially we went to Arena show room Kangeyam road Tiruppur there we felt worst experience .Then we came to saravanampattii branch customer experience,Ambiance everything was excellent.Price break Up ,Offers,Delivery time everything was transparent and clear.We didnt feel any annoying situation it was hassle free journey we experienced.Especially Special thanks to Mr.Manikandan till the delivery time he was clearing our doubts each and every time and during accessories purchasing he was helping out us ..I recommend you can get good experience in this Show room .. Disappointed experience over here. We are looking for hatchback cars and visited this showroom and had a disappointing hospitality. He is not even ready to explain the features in the vehicle, no cost sheet is available, they are just saying the cost of models by mouth. But they allowed us to check the car on display and answered the queries we asked. This time we came for an enquiry but one day in the future we will come to buy a car. Should treat customers equally.

Worst experience! We planned to buy a Ertiga car and Visited the Adhi showroom @ saravanampatti .. customer are treated like dogs. Nobody cares who is coming or who ever is going. People inside sit and chat. Please don't visit the showroom... better choice would be ABT / ambal.
