Most worst people in the reception and no service at all. They are all bogus and don't know how to treat with customers
I must say.. pathetic experience in lodge,staff is very greedy and rude. Not near to Hospitality. Location is near to Trikuta nagar railway station. Prefer other property if possible
Room: Average space for 2 people. Service: Below average: when asked to change the bedsheet which was dirty and stained, the service boy said it is what it is and the reception guy told that white bedsheets are bound to get stained. Eventually they changed with a less stained bedsheet. Wifi: At par above average. Food: Expensive; portion sizes not sufficient for 3 people; Although food was tasty enough.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed. At 1 AM in night in room number 207 we got termites flying bitten everyone, we reported staff but behaviour is very rude. We called manager this manager is a worst manager of any hotel can have. He just told what can I do wait and wait. It will be over soon and went to sleep. We were own our own. I would suggest everybody not to go into this hotel ever.

Good Hotel and very reasonable room tariffs. Good for bachelors. This may be a safe place but I would not recommend this hotel to couples - go for Kalka Dam and others maintained by Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board. Very close to Jammu Tawi Railway station is big advantage.
It's been a wonderful experience here for staying 2-3 days, budget hotel near by Jammu railway station. But there restaurant is one of the most expensive hotel in Jammu. I have been stayed in J&K but here's the food is most expensive in entire state.
Rooms are nice but they have electricity issue... Brtter to book online otherwise they will charge very high amount. They will give you AC rooms but after that will cut the electricity whole night... Bad experience
