One of the worst experience in my life. I gave my home theater for service on 19th. I had told them that i wanted in as soon as possible. I wass assured that i would get it in 2-3 days if any parts are to be changed. They told they will do it only after calling and confirming with me. Initially, I waited for few days. Then i started calling them. One person would say that techician went outside, other would say that he will call back, other will say technician went our for urgent work. This continued. I didnot receive a single call from the Service Center. When ever i called them, it took minimum 10-15 mins to get an answer. And that too an aswer of no use After 15 days when i went to collect the item(not yet repaired), the lady over there asks me one more day to get it repaired. Technician says, it would take almost one month for part replacement. Let it takedays. But it is the reaponsibility of a service Center to let the customer know the status. I drove 20-20 kms up and down of no use. Atlast they told i had not given remote to them. After searching they got it wasa mistake. The remote ws there only. The guy over there didnt even have the courtesry to say "pls sit" to any customers. Will never ever visit this place. If u want to experience, have a look at this place.

Rude behavior and response at counter boys. Rates are 2 to 5 rs higher than local retail market.

Can meet most of the electronic component and part needs. One of the oldest from town.
