Worst product and service ever. I bought 3 Exhaust fan from this company through dealer from Tamil Nadu. Now all 3 fans belt got cut 7 times in 4 months. When the dealer put the complaint Mr. Jerin who is a staff of Marut Air approached me, he only get me the belts which took 1 whole week and didn't provide any service, so we had to fix it for ourselves. Then the belt got cut again within 9 days. And i told that matter to the dealer he's saying "They are not supporting me. They don't give me any response, what should i do" and Mr. Jerin also not responding. Now we still don't know cause of belt cut. When i put the complaint by myself Mr.Amit jha who is also the staff of Marut Air approached me and gave me sweet words like" Don't worry sir, we will fix your problem in this week, our team's coming to your location ", but it's been 1 month. No response.

Very WORST service. Don't pay money in advance. They will take 2 months to give a single fan. And the installation takes another 1 month. Worst ever.

We recently came in contact with Marut Air for an HVLS fan in our new factory and I must say they've delivered better than you can expect. The product quality is real good and installation service was excellent. The approach with which they interact with customers is what makes them a really good company. I'll surely recommend them in future.
