Zero star I had a really bad experience twice. Specially from the lab staff they seem to be very disorganised or preparedness. Please never go for a pediatrician there. They don't seem to be genuinely caring. Being a private hospital they all act up like some big shots. Maybe a handful of staff are decent enough but majority has no sense of proffesionalism or hygiene. Not to mention charging money endlessly as if they are giving the best service. Pathetic!!!
I am getting good treatment in physiotherapy department. Charges are very reasonable. Treatments done using many equipments are beneficial. Simon sir and Nisha are very experienced people in physiotherapy. They are very sincere in their service.

Zero star... Very bad hospital and bad services..(.1/08/2022 morning staffs) Firstly, the reception 3 staffs are there they are not doing there work properly...Secondly, Causality_ staffs and docter they don't know how to take care the patients when they came to causality in an emergency situation... Thirdly, pediatrician Dr. Leelamma.. They behaving like a free consultation treating to children. Very bad attitude... I personally don't suggest this hospital to anyone.. Very very pathatic behavior of staffs...

Dr. Leelamma Kuruvila in the pediatric department is very bad. It seems that they don't like the unselfish service and children coming to them. They work in a disinterested manner. Like working only for the title of doctor and money. Christian organizations should not operate just to make money.
