Restaurant food is the best thing about this place. delicious food, service and food quality is very good.. Mr.Kumar , is a fantastic host who manages the restaurant. View from the resort is perfect , right in front of the beach.
Perfect retreat for a relaxing time on the beach. Surrounded by greenary.you can unwind here - the friendly and committed staff do everything they can to make your time here special and easy.they bungalows are spacious and clean ,even by European standards. The absolute icing on the cake is the perfect area on the beach with loungers.
Rooms were no where near to the quality that one would expect for price you pay. For Service, I wish there was a negative star available. Pathetic is the only word that can justify the experience. The guy at the reception behaves like a sociopath. I had to call the owner who was speaking very nicely and indeed helped me. Location is decent.
THIS PLACE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. When I arrived, our booked room was under construction, and there was no restaurant available. We were left with no other options in Palolem. Eventually, we got a room, but it had a leaking toilet, no dustbins, soap, or water provided. There was no TV, kettle, or tea bags either. To top it off, we encountered a rat in our room one night, and it took the staff about an hour to handle it around 3 am. The staff's rudeness added to our frustration. I would not recommend this place, especially for families. We chose it based on the location and Instagram pictures, but it's not worth more than 2500 per night. This place is just next to Big bull restaurant and you will hear loud music hence a lot of disturbance.
Perfect location, at the southern end of palolem beach. You get a perfect view of the beautiful beach and the sunset. All the reception staff and housekeeping staff was very cooperative and friendly they helped us during our entire stay. They have the beautiful sea facing restaurant with awesome food and taste, and the restaurant staff is very good and service was excellent and they have variety of food in veg and non veg. I recommend this place to everyone, the best place in south goa.
