I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a stunning view of the city. The hotel's amenities, including the on-site restaurant and fitness center, were top-notch. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service especially Miss Chung Chung Tamang who was on front desk . She was polite and very kind nature towards me , She made my day , by very warm gesture she was above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and luxurious experience.

We visited here for team dinner. We opted for buffet. As it is five star they didn't offer much items. Very limited food items, taste is worst. Most of food items were not served hot. Biryani, starters & cakes are not much taste. All of our team members also had the same experience and food is not satisfied. Ambience is good.

Discourteous, clueless, and unaware staff who are unapologetic about not knowing things about their hotel. 2nd visit here. Apart from rooms nothing good about the place. Not recommended Delayed room services are a thing of common. No clarity in room service bills. Utterly disappointing

This place is really a 5 star property. I stayed there in my official trip they have very big room living space and separate kitchen. Best part is what ever you need you will find in that apartment. They have beautiful pool and gym

Rated as compared to stays in this range and my stay for a month. Good for 1-2 day visits. The good: - Spacious rooms with amenities like kitchen and washing machines - House keeping services The worst: - Rooms don't have any work tables or chairs, so all the best for your spine if you are here on work visit. - Worst Wifi of all the hotels I've stayed in and staff is also unable to do anything about it. You've to rely only on your mobile data. - Breakfast buffet and overall food is not that good. Very limited options and not at all competitive menu. Pancakes, omelette and even phulke were raw for more than 4-5 times during my stay and they didn't even bother to correct it.

Awesome location and easy access. The rooms are extermely good and super and i would say it's seriously executive. Room Service was best and restaurant service was also extermely good. Rooms service person sushant was extermely good and was professional. If i can say something needs to improve it's the staff in lobby/reception, they seems new to hospitality industry and are ok..

If you are trying to have good buffet for lunch then this is not at all the right place. The worst buffet ever I have tried here. Being a 5star hotel the range of items they serve is very less and the taste of the items is not really good. Worst worst worst food experience ever.

1. Crazy rules such as you can't have an Xbox in your apartment. 2. No guests allowed after 22:00. Even if you just want to have a chat. 3. Had to plead to get these permissions. 4. average breakfast.
