A very classy place, calm and soothing ambience, good interiors. Appropriate for all big or small events. Can be improved a bit in the main course taste part, otherwise the starters and desserts were really good. Good security for entry. The meeting room where i attended a seminar was a bit closed and suffocating, but people were less so did not feel it much.
Just fooling members on the pretext of selling Marriott membership. I was told that complimentary stay would be on weekends. I applied and kept on sending emails. But to my surprise each time a new person would call I used to narrate the same thing, the call centre person would say he would get back but same story again. I was told Rooms are full due to G20 I said extend my membership to which they dodged, each time a promise that they would look into, finally nothing. No reply to my email as well. They just left it as it is. And now I am getting reminders of renewal. What a shameless thing. I would never get into the trap of their membership. Hopeless service from one such a big star hotel.

It's a food court located within Pavilion mall and my go to place for Biryani. And 95% of the time I approach towards the Jamawali Biryani counter. They serve the most delicious and authentic awadhi biryani. A must try for biryani lovers!
I had a business meeting at this hotel last week. Ambience was excellent and the Desert house was the highlighter as it was well presented in a separate room and the varieties were huge. It is a good hotel for high level business meetings if one can afford it.
