WORST HOTEL. WORST FOOD. WORST STAFF. Following are the problems I faced at Marks Hotel. 1. I ordered a glass of Milk in the night time from them. I got some white liquid which they claim to be Milk but after consuming it, I got severe stomach troubles, acidity and indigestion. I had to take medication to cure myself and my entire stay was spoiled. 2. They served regular water to some of their other guests and they also fell ill. Their cleanliness standards are very bad. 3. I saw them at the time of cleaning my room and I noticed that the cleaning person cleaned the washbasin with the Towels we were given to use in the room. Is that the kind of towels they give to their customers, which they use to clean the washbasins? Abysmal standards of cleanliness. 4. They took 896 Rs from me for early check-in, I paid them in cash and 1 day later they asked me "You should pay for your early-check-in". When I said I have already paid, they asked "When?". After a lot of checkup they discovered the bill in their records. They do not make a computerized log of their payments and trouble the customers for them. 5. Internet stopped working in the hotel suddenly and they had no clue of how to get it corrected and it remained off for a long duration. 6. Their staff is totally unprofessional and untrained. Their service staff used to knock my door continuously till I open the door, even when I was shouting from inside "I am coming", "I am coming". This happened repeatedly. 7. Their bed is soooo springy that it caused me back pain. 8. Their pillow is sooooo huge that it caused me neck pain. When I asked them for a thinner pillow, they did not have it at all. I seriously request all those reading this feedback, to avoid this hotel if you wish to save yourself from health issues and unnecessary psychological disturbance.

Worst hotel I have ever seen, does not take any pain for the guest, services poor , front desk person doesn't know how to talk to a lady. Never ever book a room over here they cancel the booking on the same of arrival. Request all not to book room over here.
