I avoid M&S due to their continued promotional harassment. Once, 8 years ago, I did a shopping at M&S, Chennai. Thereafter I started getting SMS every day, on the number given to them. Tired of those messages I contacted M&S and requested them to stop sending promotional messages. Unfortunately I made that call from my second sim. From the next day I started getting 2 messages per day. It is disgusting. I will never ever enter M&S or Shop from them.

We visited the shop today and they have offer for Rs 5000 - 10% discount our purchase was for Rs 4999/- not entitled to buy need to purchase more and to add Re 1. They need to check the system and amend it accordingly with the help of concern Dept and not loose customers along with business and reviews are very important too from each customers.

Great service from sales team

It is one of the newer outlets in Sabha Mall. The last time I went there, it was still only under construction. The collection is good, and the staff are all well trained. The purchases are not too expensive and will give you value for money. I wonder why mot more people are heading out there?

Always check manufacturing and expiry date when you buy beauty products from this store. They selling near to expiry products which is manufactured more than two years. I bought one body lotion which was manufactured two years ago. Unfortunately I didn't check production date.the store people refused to exchange cus I opened the bottle.
