Very bad. Don't go there as there is no proper room, no AC, no fan, only few plastic chairs. Swimming pool is very small and already full by 10 persons! Only one horse! Only one car bike - which is too old and out of order on that day! No responsible person was there, only two gaurds like person are there and managing all the activities under the influence of alcohol! Not recommending to visit such place.

Not at all worth . One person Cum watchman is only there to look after no responsible staff. Motor bike was out of order and nothing to eat even nearby. Not a big signboard to know location so difficult to know where to take turn from highway . Not at all worth even 100 rupees.

People who are rating high for this property is either the relatives of the owner or are from lower middle-class families who doesn't even know how to rate a place and have no proper knowledge of resorts at such price...and have never visited good places in their life or never seen swimming pools Its a scam... Do no visit...!!

False rating display in google, relative and friends has post it. West of time and money, not even worth for single rupee. Strongly not recommend for a picnic spot.Negative rattling options not available otherwise place is not getting a single star.

Very bad place , donot visit even free of cost, it is totally west of time n money very dirty place pool also, no aminities. Third class place, prefer to visit government school ground then this place

It is a nice place for weekend enjoyment. A little more development would act like a cherry on the cake.

Superb place to spend some good time with family
