From markapur bus stand you will get a bus for every 15 to 20 mins from 5 a.m to 8 p.m. during night time they wont allow any bus.. hardly u will get a bus for 45 mins to 1 hr...srisailam from here just 81 kms... for nature lovers surely you will enjoy the beauty of nature (thick nallamala forest) through this route.. and from dornala (32 kms from here.. u will get bus for every 5 mins) from there u will get a bus to srisailam for every 5 mins
