Room was fine despite having no fan, but room is not maintained, it's too dark to walk and cleanliness is not maintained. The food tasted bad and room service is really slow and average

We stayed at Mark and Meadows Hotel on October 10-11, 2023..It is pathetic place, unhygienic , poorly maintained, poor service and very poor hospitalities. Ravi Rana

It's my ever worst room. Completely shamble. Hunted hotel. Entire hotel have negative energy. Heater, geyser not working. Even Hand Soaps are not provided by Hotels.Food quality are like bad than road side Stalls. Don't go there.

Very bad service and rooms not in proper condition

No maintenance, no room service, door lock was broken. Walls were damped. Third class experience. Don't go. Without any facility tariffs are high.

Horrible experience one of the worst Hotel I have ever came across in my life time poor hospitality, dogs are roaming around in side reception premises, ac is not at all working in bed room , toilet was so poorly maintained & pungent smell is coming from Bed Room which had forcefully made me to shift to a different hotel we didn't spent a single night and eventually the owner had taken full money and now refused to return our full money which made me to logged a compliant in police and would appeal file to High Court as I haven't received refundable anount yet. If I don't get full refund within 24 hrs then will bound to case against Mark & meadows owner.

Not at all worth rating. The so called director took the entirely payment in advance and provided us the worst room. Had to shift to another hotel and now they are not even returning our money... worst decision to stay in this hotel
