Positives: - Showroom is neat & clean with all models of Tata displayed at the stall. - It has enough space to accommodate many people and lighting is good too, that will help customers to see the vehicle in a good lighting conditions. - Showroom is equipped with fast charging facility. - Staff's behaviours are good and welcoming Negatives: Not much negatives about the showroom, but reaching here in a public transport is difficult.

Service: I went to service my car few months back. I have reached there at 8.30am to get the first slot for service. The service advisor reached there at 9am, they didn't even considering who came first, there is no system to log that even. The service advisors considers the customers randomly, they consider a customer for service who reached there after me. Very bad experience on this. Once i complained about this. They didn't took any actions against this issue.

The quality of service should definitely improve. Out of the 5 services I have done from here, I had some of the other problems thrice which is not acceptable. The problems are mainly due to the carelessness of the people who are doing the service. The management should take actions to educate the workers on how they can provide quality service to the customers. The last issue I had was that the wiper arm cap went missing during the service and none of them are accepting the truth that the mistake is from their side. I personally will think twice before going here for service again

worst service center I have ever seen in my life.i had given my car for repair and they had made more complaints and lot of scratches in my car.ever after so many visits they can't clearly understand the issue.very unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour from staff. if you are a TATA vehicle owner better avoid this service center.

It's been a very pleasant experience buying a new car from Marina motors. Suneer from the sales team has been patient throughout the journey adapting to changing requirements any new car buyer has. Good job!

It is sad that reputed car brand has very poor quality service. After service, I got my car with lot of small scratches in the doors and dirty hand mark inner roof of my car. They took two days to return my car after service.please show some professionalism.
