Very average. While the location is amazing, if you're looking to stay away from the hustle, the property is average at best. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. That's a plus but clearly, the upper management of the hotel needs to work on the upkeep of the property. Rooms: The rooms are nice. However, the doors/hardware and other things in the room are worn out and need to be renovated. We stayed in the Mountain View rooms and the view is nice. Ambience: The ambience of the hotel is below average. The rooms are super close to each other with low sound isolation. You can hear noise from adjacent rooms. There's music everywhere that they play on speakers. In the hotel corridors, there's loud background music. In the open terrace area, there's an EXTREMELY ANNOYING and repetitive music with bird sounds which is kept on through the day to the point that it's torturous. Breakfast: Again, very average. The spread isn't that attractive and the quality is below par. Staff: The staff is extremely sweet and helpful. They try to accommodate every request that you make. Parking: Apparently, they have a valet desk. However, through the 3 days I had to park my own car below the hotel in an inbuilt parking lot and go get it as well. Food: Average and for the quality, overpriced. Bottom line: The hotel is a 4-star hotel on paper and has the price point. However, the quality is not at par with 4-star standards.

We stayed at this property for good two days and we really had the best time here. The rooms, the food, and the overall hospitality service was on point. Ms. Tejal, Mr. Deep Ji & Mr. Sachin took a very good care of us. We would love to come here again.

We had an excellent stay. Loved every bit of it. The staff was friendly, food delicious, rooms spacious and hospitality impeccable.

We checked into the hotel; sadly the dates we chose was the day when the owner had his function happening; upon which we saw a delay in our request majorly on 1st night we had to call 4 times to get the extra bedding set up, the hotel didn't have the basic green tea pouches in the tea kit. The second night when asked for the bonfire which was placed right outside our room, we were told that they have used that to entertain the owner's party happening and for a brand like sarovar portico they had no backup or extra logs for the bonfire. The basic amenities such as mineral water bottle is not there, they will take the glass bottles and fill them give it to you. Disappointed that the customer is not the priority here especially when you are in hospitality business you serve selflessly and with no bias.

Our stay at Marigold Sarovar Potico Resort was an immersive experience of Himachali hospitality. We had our two night stay at the resort for an event, right from the warm welcome through to the food, accommodation and services everything was flawless. Nestled between the town of Mashobra and Naldhera hill station the resort provided breathtaking views of the Shimla Hills. The event was very well organized and utmost care and attention was provided to every detail of the event. I recommend this resort for both stay and events.

My last stay was excellent, good ambience, helpful and friendly staff, food specially buffet breakfast was awesome. Dinner was also mouth watering... Among the staff everyone did an excellent service. Wish them all the best. Worth staying at this superb hotel.

The cottage is perfect for a family vacation. 2bed rooms with a huge living and dining space. Courteous staff. I will definitely go back again and would recommend. The only thing that needs improvement is food. Even the tea needs to be improved. Everything else is perfect but this is an important factor as you live in a secluded place and few food options nearby. If they improve the quality of the food one wouldn't even need to step out of the property
