Rooms were clean and bathrooms decent. Food/breakfast was excellent. Big spread, sumptuous and very tasty. Hotel provides free shuttle to temple 24/7. Also it is 5-7 minutes walk.
Hotel staff service is very prompt and very professional, Santosh drives the management part very well and kudos to his team members too, Food is pricy but the servers are exceptional at service, would reach out to you many times to check and cater , to name a few - Meera, Roopali, dailyshine, vikas all of them provided great service. Rooms are very clean and well maintained and room service is done on request too.. any adhoc request is also taken care of. Shuttle service to and from temple is available throughout the day and cab drivers are very generous. Overall very generous and supportive staff Ala Carte : Vada pav cost 120 rs lol but buffet breakfast was very good with lots of variety and was available at reasonable cost if not opted for complimentary. Would recommend this place to anyone to plans to visit shirdi and wanna opt for a warm and cozy stay. Owner do convey my compliments to yours team.
The hotel staff was a complete charm for me and my family! The rooms were well maintained along with the entire hotel property. They have a really lovely shuttle service to temple 24x7 and provided assistance to book cabs around. I would love to give special help to Jeeva and Rakesh.
Full trip handled efficiently by Mr Jeeva (he also helped in shirdi internal travel and very genuine person)and all the staffs are helping in nature. Food is good. Room and toilet are clean. Free shuttle service to and from Temple was done effectively . Overall a very good experience.

The best hotel and the best service, Worth every rupee. Rooms are very clean, equipped with everything you will need, free pick-up & drop at Shirdi temple, reasonably priced airport transfers and although it's a bit expensive, the food is really good. My thanks and best wishes to the team.
