Best of the best no doubt about the society and a great place to live
Apart from having Garden & Temple. This society has good space for open parking, play area and have nice spacious flats.
One of the oldest and best housings complexes in Mira Road. This was built in late 90's and was designed by famous architect Hafeez Contractor. Flats are spacious and have cross ventilation. The building has become low lying over the years and gets water in the compound during heavy rains.
Great houses well knit community helpful people. There are two playgrounds,temple,two parallel gardens. The complex has a LOT of mosquitoes. Ample parking space but needs more visitor parkings. Lots of shops near the complex. The road is not so good outside the complex and has streetlights. Even has a multiplex nearby. Not so great for bachelors. Overall good experience but can be improved.
Lacks many of amenties of wat you would want in today's purchase but it's area is super huge I mean it's 2 bhk foyer area could be 0.5 room in 1.5 bhk room. Well planned architecture and rent too is affordable and area too.. Stones throw away from PVR. Located in Kanakia Mira Road and in a beautiful area but the only drawback what I felt if you leave being on roadside there could be commotion incase of traffic jam.
