Mariampur Hospital - General hospital in Kanpur - Kanpur Nagar, India

I regret to say that I would not recommend Mariampur Hospital based on my recent experience. The exorbitant costs, coupled with expensive medicines and a disappointing private room that seemed more fitting for a 500 RS per day facility, left me dissatisfied. I hope this feedback encourages the hospital to reevaluate its services for the benefit of future patients.

The hospital has very poor management and extremely disappointing services when it's comes to infrastructure quality. The OPD system is still ages old and patient has to wait for atleast 3-4 hours to take an appointment and see a doctor. It doesn't even make sense. And you are doomed if you have to take a check up. There is no automation of sending reports digitally and no clear communication on when will you receive it. They don't know how to manage the crowd so patients have to come here and just suffer. pharmacy waiting time is about an hour on average maybe even more. They have only one staff no matter how many people wait. It's high time they update their management of OPD.

Very bad mannerless billing counter staff. They dont know how to talk with patients. Lady Staffs sitting on receptions and counters dont know how to behave. I am pregnant and went for normal checkup. Instead of explaining me politely for extra charge they started overreacting and threw my file. And washroom was very dirty.

This is one of best & fully air condition hospital at Kanpur. Specialists doctors for all type of Illness are available here. @Dr. Sonal mishra is the best doctor for ANC, Pre & Post Delivery treatment. Her diagnosis and way of talking to the patient is excellent. Pharmacy and Diagnostic center is also available here. Everything is fine here "But one thing I felt very bad was that most of the medicines available here are generic medicines, which are purchased at a much lower price than the printed MRP, hence the Management should ensure that if they are supplying generic medicines then the rates should also be according to that."

Very bad hospital ever... Rahmani Dr is very rude... Only nurshing staff is caring... All time locked every gallery with security on each gate..... Very much looting the public.... Never suggest for there... My father condition worse in that hospital

Very neat and clean. Looks really organised. Good team of doctors. Over all it looks good. Though I was just there for 15 minutes.

This is the worst hospital i ever saw they just want money thats it ,they infact add charges for the person who stays with patient in the hospital they never asked in the starting at the time of discharge they asked money. Nurses steal the medicines and never give it to patients only some medicines are given to patient. Worst experience seriously. Dhanda bana rkha h wha

There are no proper facilities available.....never come for operation...This is trust's hospital but they charge like other private hospitals with no facilities.whole hospital is too congested with dim lighting....Only good for OPD. #NEVER EVER COME TO FOR OPERATION#
