Mariaariose - Melody Of The Sea - Hotel in Alto Dabolim, Bogmalo - South Goa, India

PATHETIC STAFF and service. The staff is just straight up rude and arrogant. They don't provide any help if any inconvenience is caused , no problems solved. The manager and the staff both had a very bad attitude. The TV doesn't work , they didn't repair it either. Basic amenities like packaged drinking water or dental kit were not provided. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. The property is good but the staff and service is very bad.

Rooms.are large and spacious , Decent washrooms. The location is close to the airport. I chose to stay here as I got a late flight to opt to stay overnight and then went to my destination by renting a self drive car Food is decent , service is good.

The restaurant area constantly smelled bad, making it impossible to enjoy a meal. The rooms were uncleaned and neglected, with dust and grime everywhere. Basic amenities like packed mineral water and a dental kit were not provided. The bathrooms were dirty and unhygienic. The cabs outside the hotel overcharged for even short distances, leaving no alternative transportation options. Save yourself the trouble and find a different hotel. This place deserves a 0/5 rating.

One of the horrible places you can stay in Goa. The only advantage is being closer to GOI airport and a little closer to the Goa Harbour. We chose this as we had a cruise to catch by noon time and couldn't risk taking the same day flight. The rooms were barely clean and horrible service. They won't even provide extra bath towels and one of the apathetic and rudest staff you would encounter. The cost of the food is as good as a 3/4 star hotel. Only edible stuff on the menu was a masala omlette.

The receptionist there is absolutely crazy. I didn't understand why she is carrying so much of attitude. She doesn't know how to talk nicely. She will tell you a long list of dont's at the time of check in. Their checkin time is 2 PM but we reached there at 12 and this receptionist didnt let us checkin (it was just the matter of two hours) and anyways I went to this hotel for just 8-9 hours. I had my old mother with me. I have never seen such rude and stingy receptionist in a hotel. Moreover she lied to me that hotel is full and they cant let us checkin early. But actually I checked online it wasnt full and moreover there was no humans around except staff and cats. How it can be full? Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. I highly DO NOT recommend this resort to anyone.

Extremely bad experience. No proper power supply. Ac room but only fan will work most of the time cause of lack of power supply. Not even proper lights when power goes off. AC is very old one and not efficient at all. Charging ports doesn't work. No floor mats. No bucket in washroom. Shower works like govt water pipe. TV was not working. Had breakfast from their restaurant. Such a stinking curry and overpriced. No power to even charge the phone and gadgets. After all this mess when I was late to checkout by 30 mins they literally asked me to get out of the room. I checked in 3AM in the morning. Staffs are very rude and unprofessional. Better than this sleep at some bus stop.

Stayed there for 1 night. The property is close to Dabolim airport. The beach is around 10/15mins walk but you will get local bus from there. Staffs are very helpful. The property has a beautiful entrance. Two drawbacks of this property: rooms are little old but spacious. Taxi fare to is very high from this point.
