This is my 1st hostel stay and I've been here for more than 1.5 year .The rooms are really nice and spacious. Friendly atmosphere, good quality food . The most satisfying quality here is the cleanliness .
Its the very first time that i happen to stay in a hostel and Mariya hostel never made my first experience a bad one..Cleanliness is the most striking quality here. Good food and enough safety follows.
Tooo bad service.. this hostel may be good 1 or 2 year before.. but now this is the one of worst hostel... Food is very bad and simply they increased rent for food only... Water is too bad will get dandruff next day only... And he will measure the drinking water also and no wifi if we are telling that changing food menu they will tell us to getting out from this hostel.. bcz of this Google review of 2 year back they are confident.. and they will kind of black mailing that.. u signed in peppar so they have all the rights to increase money and also making us to leave the hostel soon..
Even though rooms are good , they provide stale food and bad water with unpleasant smell. This hostel is running without following proper regulations which is required in every hostels. No security guards, charging unnecessary fees, rude behaviour of hostel warden and her husband towards hostel inmates. Premises of the hostel is also untidy.
Stayed 2 years... Good atmosphere.. Super rooms and well organized settings in the rooms... Super food compare to other hostels...I suggested this hostel for every girls...Very good Administration..Very close to railway station and hospital... Good atmosphere than other hostels..Friendly Administration..If again I come to Ernakulam definitely I will stay here... CCTV Security facilities are there for the safety of the girls...
