Maria Hospital - Private hospital in Adoor - Pathanamthitta, India

My father had a hernia surgery here and the doctors and nurses were very helpful and caring. The hospital is clean and is quite big from inside. The room cleaning also takes place from time to time. Most importantly the pricing is affordable and the expense we occurred was half of believers hospital (who just wanted to loot money) If you have very high expectations in terms of looks and facilities, this place may not suit you. For us the doctor and service mattered.

I pray people don't get sick on a Sunday. Because casualty section is a joke. Needs major improvement when it comes to staff performance. Also, a big thumbs up to the mega mind behind the interior design, who have successfully managed to fit ceiling fans that runs on max speed but has no air pushing down. Mostly due to the epic design fail of the ceiling decoration around the fan. WOW.... I wonder which genius came up with that idea.

Overall Okay. Yesterday I visited this place. I had headache pain. They give Medicine and Injection. The staffs (especially nurses) behaviour is applaudable. Thanks again

First of all regret to say that the behavioural of the staffs starting from the security is so rude and there is no manners how to behave the patients. I was there today for a doctor consultation, after the consultation I have waited more than one and half hour for the medicine from the pharmacy!!!

Only Dr. John Peter is a professionally experienced physician in this hospital. Almost all other staff, nurses, and doctors are worse. They can't determine diseases properly, and nurses and staff are irresponsible. Bad services and very bad rooms and washrooms. The canteen is really bad. Bad food and services given to customers.
