Hospitality is good however staff is running low in cafe and food places. For every order has to wait for minimum 10 min. South Indian delicacies are less and flavour also not matching to South Cuisine. Being in temple town expect pilgrimage effect that is but missing. Other than that stay, rooms are top class

Nice Lush Green Ambience. Had a Nice Refreshing swim Early morning. Even though it was Raining the staff was courteous to Open an Umbrella, give me 2Towels to keep my clothes dry . Karthik at Reception, customer meeting area was Proactive to ask us for any issues and Resolved those Promptly with the help of Support team. Overall very Warm Friendly & Caring Experience.

Karthik was helpful individual, made my stay pleasurable. Restaurant staff was also great at their services, pleasant and helpful. Beautiful place to stay just some better room cleaning of the tiles and cabinets will be better.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. I encountered an issue with the billing. I had booked two rooms for 4 adults online, but the hotel charged me extra for two occupants. This discrepancy left me disappointed. I hope the hotel can improve its billing accuracy through 3rd party to avoid such inconveniences for guests in the future. Despite this issue, the service provided during my stay was satisfactory.

These people are totally money minded. They charged for the second person in a double room extra saying that the double bed room has different tariffs for single and double person. Also not a single token of goodies from their side. No extra services. Whatever extra was chargeable. Although they decorate a lot of goodies in your room but remember its all chargeable. Rooms were neatly maintained and the washroom was amazing. The view from the room was fantastic. Overall a good stay but overpriced for the services provided.

We had a really good stay at Marasa Sarovaru...the breakfast was delicious! And the luggage in charge Mr. Srinivas has been a great help, they even found something that we forgot immediately..before we could even leave the hotel! Would recommend to anyone who wants to go with family and kids
