I recently stayed at Marasa Sarovar Portico in Rajkot & had really great experience. The hotel's rooms were not only good and clean, but also very spacious, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the outstanding service provided by the staff. They were extremely polite, attentive, and always willing to help. I must give a special thanks to Mr. Siddhant Kothari, who went out of his way to accommodate my request for an early check-in due to the heavy rain outside.
Furthermore, the breakfast spread at the hotel was both decent and delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rajkot. The combination of spacious rooms, excellent service, and delicious breakfast make it a top choice for accommodation in this area. I would definitely choose to stay at the Sarovar Portico again.
Decent place for a night stay but it's located in a busy part of town. Based on your need, this may be good or undesirable.
Service and food were good. They dropped us off at the station for an early morning train for a fare that was steep. But the service is convenient
Had a wonderful stay at Sarovar portico. The lady at the veg restaurant was very courteous and helpful. The food was yummy and we enjoyed the vegetarian buffet spread, although we were all hardcore non vegetarians.
It's like a Oyo hotel, first pay then you can go in your room, you will easily find Cockroaches on the buffet counter
Marasa Sarvor Portico has nice non veg restaurant. The hotel chain is in the middle of city and is comfortably priced. Good rooms and family friendly
I had stayed in your said hotel from 06.06.23 & was willing to continue till 23rd. But the manager there was so rude in his delivering that he booked the room without it being vacated, assuming it will be vacated on 21st. However I agreed to vacate the same today since I don't want to continue in this hotel where response is so poor, & will not recommend to anyone in future. But the manager was adamant to vacate by 12.00 noon which I am unable to as my office timing is 9.45 am to 7.30 pm. I agreed to vacate it by the time I return from office bt he threatened to take my stuff outside by 12.00 noon.
This behavior is such when we have tie up with your chain in Rajkot.
Such ironic behavior from the staff of, I believe reputed chain is unacceptable. I am not staying in your hotel for free.
This feedback is to you to introspect your staff behavior as they are denting your brand image as well.
Also please note that as per threat from your manager if my stuff at your hotel goes missing, suitable action may be taken, accordingly

Must say best hospitality experienced at Marasa Sarovar Portico and even staff at front desk was very much supportive and Namrata at front desk is very much humble and helped me in guiding about the places to visit in Rajkot.
Even I had a early morning flight but she also ensures that I must get my breakfast on time.

This is a good hotel situated at a nice location near the highway. We stayed here on our trip enroute to Somnath and then on our way back to Ahmedabad.
