Marari Sea Scape Villa - Villa in Mararikulam - Alappuzha, India

Everything here was just perfect! Nice quiet away from crowd place. Nice Managed by one family, who are friendly, and humble. Yummy hot breakfast was served. Marari beach only 2 minutes walk. Nice and clean beach. Waves were high and needs to be careful in the water as beach is not straight surface.

Just a perfect place to stay in Alleppey. Varghese is super friendly and supportive host. Pros: 1. Marari beach at walkable distance (3min) 2. Clean and hygienic rooms with AC 3. Washing machine 4. Kitchen setup to cook your own food. 5. Considers your requests in breakfast. 6. Awesome restaurants nearby on the beach. Cons: 1. It's approximately 13 to 14 kms from Alleppey / backwaters. So, if you want to do houseboating or kayaking then you will have to travel longer. Other than that I can't think of any cons. I wish we had spend extra days at this place. Must recommended if you are a group of 8 to 10 people.

Best villa near to the marari beach. This villa is only walking distance from the beach. Enjoyed our stay here . The person in charge of the property was kind. You can experience beautiful sunrise and sunset from the beach next to this property

Marari Sea Scape Villa one of the best villas in Marari Beach, Alappuzha. Just hundred metres from beach. Twelve kilometres from Alappuzha . Felt like home stay. Well maintained villa. Staffs are very good and polite. Breakfast was good and nice. Price was reasonable. Lawn and garden was well maintained and made feel like home. Overall stay was fantastic.

This is my first trip to Marari as well as to this Villa.. I had a wonderful experience at this Villa.. They allowed us to check in early at like 10am.. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff and food was amazing. They provided food on time and it was delicious..They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Thanks to Beenoy and his family..I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues!

Hi, this is my second trip to this homestay both the times my experience was fantastic, the rooms linen and everything is clean and well maintained. Benoy and his family take care of all the needs of the guests and are kind humble people, i really enjoyed my stay both the times, for meals we would usually ask for the owner to prepare and they serve delicious meals. One incident i would like to mention is that we had a last minute cancellation of our bus and had to book another ticket from Cochin, Beenoy inspite of being away helped arrange an innovaa in record speed time, this helped us get to office on time...tha ks for going out of your way and helping us, awesome stay and awesome host

The beach is 100 meters and lots of parking is available. It's an independent gated villa consisting of 5 AC rooms with attached bathrooms. The highlight is OWNER BINOY who helped us throughout the stay. I recommend this place to all families who want a safe and truthful place to enjoy their vacation. It was my first time to Kerala and had a great time. Authentic food and excellent service. Helpful staff in every way. Decent room with a well mantained bathroom. Good place for an outing with family and friends.
