Great place for stay. Beach in walkable distance, tasty cuisine and clean rooms in affordable price. Mr Jiji was very hospitable person. Overall, would highly recommend this place.

Home Stay exceeded all my expectations and provided an exceptional stay. From the moment I stepped into, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The property owner was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. We had morning breakfast at just nominal rate and the breakfast was very delicious. Specifically thanks to the owner to provide such a beautiful service. I would surely recommend my friends and family.

Lovely affordable homestay which is just 5 minutes walk from the serene Omanapuzha Beach. Jiji was very courteous and provided all the info we needed and arranged boat house for us. We booked 2 rooms which I didn't know were twin rooms with common bathroom, so he arranged the other bamboo room with no extra cost when needed. The place is very calm and there's good enough area to sit and spend time with friends and family. Swiggy and Zomato are available if you want to order food. There's good enough parking space too. Would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Alleppey.

This is a lovely adobe run by a sweet couple in midst of Alleppy! Totally Loved the hospitality and food was absolute the winner!! service was with a warm smile! What can one ask more.. And the icing on cake was clean beach just behind the property!

Rooms were clean. Hosts were friendly. It has car parking and also swings for kids play. But marari beach is 5 kms far from the stay. It has beach in 500 mts distance where localites dump all the waste and its not clean to play

Very very good stay for families and bachelors.. Rooms are very neat.owner jiji behaviour is very good and he helps u regarding the spots and boats in Alleppey.. Food is very tasty and he charged very reasonably.. I definitely recommend for anyone who are looking for good stay at Alleppey. Beach is nearby almost 900 mtrs from stay

We had a wonderful stay at Peterland Homestay. Jiji and his family was so warm and welcoming. Home-cooked food, walking distance to beach, common outdoor area to spent time (as we were a group of 9 members) is pros of this homestay. We loved the sunset at the beach . There was no crowd at the beach. Jiji helped a lot to explore Alleppey. Would definitely stay at Peterland Homestay again .

The location of homestay is very beautiful.Good hospitality by the host Gigi. Comfy beds and neatly maintained garden area. Hosts were couple. They treated us their own guests. Mariamma cooked kerala special food for us. We liked the taste of Fish kozhambu. Overall calm and peaceful stay for 3 nights with their care. If anyone planning for a trip to Allepey, please stay in Marari Peterland and you will not be disappointed. They planned our trip for 2 days on daily basis and asked to visit the important tourist places with cost efficient travel expenses. I will take this trip as one among the best memorable trips till date...Satisfied with all.
