Beautiful location away from the city. Quite, peaceful and full of nature beauty. You can access the private beach and spend quality time with your family, friends and loved ones. The care taker Jeffey is very friendly guy. The home made food was delicious.

Well maintained rooms and washrooms. Most peaceful place I ever visited. Behaviour of the staff and others are very kind and helpful. I strongly recommend all of you to take a look at this home stay

Recently my friend booked this resort ( as they claim themselves ) for their holiday in Kerala. With much expectstions, they reached the location and the nightmare started from that moment. The road leading to this place was a mere offroad where the normal vehicle will struggle to reach the resort. It was raining heavily and they were not able to takeout the luggage from the vehicle since there was no proper car porch with roofing to prevent the rain. The car parking was inside a field of coconut trees where it was not safe to park. The bathrooms were smelly and not properly maintained. No proper facilities for our driver for rest or to sleep and also for the basic washroom usage. The caretaker/ manager/front office everything was taken care of an entire staff who is not well trained and also dont lnow much to deal the things systematically. The guest had to pass the night with the same pair of clothes which they used while travelling. My humble request to fellow travellers os not to spoil your holidays on booking with this property.

This lovely beach front (sort of ) property is a mixed bag of good and not so good things. The Good: 2 out of the 5 rooms are large and spacious. It's a mix of A/C and non A/C rooms. Pretty happy with the rooms especially the A/C ones. Wardrobe provided. There are recliner chairs in the veranda to chill. The dining area is a separate roofed back garden shed which is lovely when the weather is nice. There's vehicular access from the back yard and there's space of 1 car inside the gate. Linens are provided. Although the front yard is narrow, there's plenty of shade. There's a hammock as well. Host: was pleasant and available locally. The Bad: One thing that was unpleasant was the poorly maintained bathroom in one of the rooms. The door handle was loose and it came off the door. The toilet seat could do with replacement. The plug points in one of the rooms was an extension board which was hanging off the wall which wasn't working. Acces to the property is via a small section of unpaved road with poor side clearance for wider vehicles. Although Privacy is not the best as Overall this a nice choice for people who just wants a place to say rather a place to enjoy. Rooms are comfortable and spacious.

Great experience 1 night stay Rs1638 per night (booked on Airbnb) It is a simple yet beautiful sea-side stay which allows you to experience Marari beach in all its glory. The property is attached to a private beach which is clean and crowd free. If you want to enjoy a private and soulful time before/after you enjoy Alleppey (30 mins away), this is the place for you. The host is helpful and warm. He takes initiative to make you feel comfortable. Please note that public transport to this location is not available. The nearest major bus stop is Kanjikode from where you may take an auto to the property.

Absolutely loved the experience. The stay was very pleasant. The property was well maintained, the staff Jeffy was very prompt in services and helpful. He even looked after the safety of his guests, who sit at the beach during night times. Only point of improvement: We faced a little issue with the air conditioner, which kept turning off due to fluctuating voltage. Also, a few more power sockets can be fitted for the guests to charge up their devices, and wall hooks for cloths to hang. Overall, highly recommended!
