This place is near some 100 to 200 meter away from beach. Very nice and calm beach and worth visiting instead of visiting some crowded place. We stayed there 2 days. First day evening we visited beach and spent enough time in the beach. Next day morning we went to allepey boat for 3 hours and again returned to room. Evening again visited the beach. Every day morning fisherman goes for catching fish in a small boat and if we visit around 6:30 AM to 7 AM, we can see them and experience it. Good place to do list if you are going to Kochi.
There are few things still it needs to taken care for the 3k budget . 1)Rooms smells odd . 2)Parking facilities not there . 3)Should arrange good NV foods available nearby . 4)Water logging in the path way 5) Breakfast should be kerala authentic food . For Family/KIDS stay ,it is not recommended .
