Spacious rooms, clean and well maintained. This villa is just on the beach. The family here is very good in nature and helpful. They have provided a good breakfast. You can get a view of the ocean and clearly hear the sound of waves. The price here is in budget and the breakfast was included. The bathroom and room were clean.
Not worthful...near to burial ground...there is no road to reach the property...have to drag luggage on sand which is very difficult or pay rs 50 per bag...should be transparent and tell in advance about it. Room A.C. and ceiling fan were not working and one wall fan is not enough in Alleppy humid weather. Although he provided other room for sleeping but it created a lot of trouble for us. Not recommended
Incredible experience in this homestay! The family are super kindly, the help us with the food since we couldn't eat spicy. Also, the rooms are great, so clean and the beach is so close, less than 50 metres! Totally recommendable!
Excellent beach side property. View of the beach from the balconies of all rooms. Rooms are basic with individual air-conditioner and clean bathroom. The main upside is the location. You will setting your food straight into the beach from the property. This beach is around 100m away from the entry of the public beach. Hence less crowded.
Nice beach. Quiet, calm, long. No too much people around. Easy to get from the center by bus. Nice sunset as well. Reccomend this place. We meet a nice family while trying to put down a coconut from the tree (they saw us their skills and invited us to their house).

Wonderful place perfectly located on the beach. From your porch, you see the sunset over the sea every night. Internet fast enough to stream movies or do video calls for work. Austin and family are lovely hosts too, super friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot for the lovely time!
