Maple - RESTRO, BAR & LOUNGE - Bar in Tinsukia - Tinsukia, India

I absolutely loathe restaurants when they couldn't cook a basic dish well. For a tandoori item such a butter chicken, they boiled the chicken first (which just takes away the taste) and god knows whether they had even put in the tandoor oven or not (didn't see any piercing). It tasted awful, had to throw them away. From what I could observe, lot of items aren't fresh. With the same price point there are other options in Tinsukia whose taste is much better. With the maple color and lighting the ambience is too bright for a bar cum resto. Music is horrible and loud. Only thing I liked was the behavior and attitude of the staff who were jovial and ready to help. Feels bad to be critical of a resto, but it's the reality and they'll have to improve.

A good one. However, the cocktails aren't upto the mark. Howver the food was good and average. At prices of the same , I think tinsukia has a lot other good restaurants. It would be great if they work over the tastes and try to give out unique rendition . Overall it's nice Location - ATC Mall , in replacement of KF.

Avg food.since its festival time served food is not to d level u look for.Only after taking 2nd trip to d joint will b in poison to analyse Properly.

Environment, food and the service of the staff is excellent. Just loved visiting the place.

For me it is a Very very good restaurant in tinsukia food is also vry good especially the non veg sizzling plater is was very tasty and serves hot, service was also very good.

I'm the ex staff. It's really useless of having anything, it's all old foods which kept inside the freeze to freshup. And moreover in alcohol it's not measure in proper way. It's all for the business. Especially for the tribal they use as business slave to load it , whatever we have.
