Maple residency is a Boys PG it is located in 1st cross, Sharadha Nagar, Yelahanka new town, Bangalore 560065 Best PG for boys, 24 hours hot water, wifi facility, Gym will be there for body fitness and body building.

Maintenance is not good, bed bugs are there,food is ok, internet is worst.

If you want to stay in this Pg, don't give any advance, just ask if they are okay with only rent. Because they won't return your advance amount! Worst experience. Have called them 3-4 times asking the advance amount after vacating the pg. They said they'll return the advance amount within 1 week while I was vacating. I only stayed for two months and had also given notice that I'll be vacating Pg before 1 month. It's been more than 5 months and no advance amount.

Advance amount owner will not be giving you return while vacating the PG, just the owner says some reason and loot the money. Food is worst not at all good, daily we are eating outside. Room rent is too high. Better stay outside hotel with best price with good food.

Honest Review, One word PATHETIC 1)Every Room is with bedbugs, they provide dirty bed not even pillow. Cupboard is very small, no electricity backup. 2)Cleaning once a week if done, is done in haste & only when we are absent. 3)Food I would rate it as -1, rest u can imagine better to eat outside. Chef is very harsh. 4)Washing clothes in weekends is like Mission Impossible. Only 2 washing machines are provided over 100 people, which is always not working properly. Your clothes can go missing or misplaced. 5) WIFI not working properly, Lift is not there, Bathrooms are dirty, Small balcony, dirty pg surrounding. The list is endless. In simple words, they are thieves looting customers with money.....

This place is really good. The food is hygienic and really good and it's different everyday and freshly prepared, 2 days non veg a week. The owners are great friendly as well. And all facilities are available wifi, hot water, parking, security, aqua guard in each floor, tv in each room and all basic stuffs. this pg is new so infrastructure is superb. Now when compared to others, the cost is high considering he makes 5 to live in a room which btw are separated which is not a big deal but there's 1 washroom for 5. And he gives a small cupboard, literally half the normal size. Big plus point is they have a gym which is free Would recommend definitely. No complaints except for wardrobe size!!

Worst pg ever, owner speaks well before joining n gives fake information about it. I n my 6 other friends booked for one year paying 6k advance but i could hardly stayed there for 18 days, food is worst as only rice is provided all the 3 times a day that to very limited, only once a week chicken is provided that to a single piece, bathrooms r not kept clean, worst maintainance, no proper hot water facility, owner won't give your advance back while leaving. Never think of joining this pg.

They won't return the advance back, food is not at all good, every month one or the will fall sick...pathetic
