Very poor service and staff, asked for hot war for bathing, not available, asked for tea at 0630, tea came at 0745. Charges are too much for paltry services offered. There are other hotels in near vicinity with better service and half the price

Stayed from 12/08/23 to 13/08/23. While checking out, found that one of my car's blind spot mirror stolen, while in the hotel premises. I never expected to happen in a old and reputed hotel like this. Security need to be tightened, Tiles in the room alloted were a bit slippery, elderly people need to be extremely careful. Services were good. Location too.

Rooms are ok. Don't expect a luxury room and bed here. Service is pathetic. Reception behaviour is good but the support staff lack in service delivery. They are very slow in delivering any order as per customer demand. The location is good.

Disgusting behaviour of the hotel employees. Despite being of age 27 and being engaged, we were refused to book a room and stay together. Their demand was either we show a marriage certificate or we book two rooms. We booked one for my fiance as I had to go somewhere and we had no other choice. The staff came to her room multiple times to quote unquote check on her. Completely intolerable behaviour. Being in the hospitality industry you should learn the basics first.

The location is wonderful. The whole hotel set up is quite different from any others hotel. It reflects a kind of country stay. The foods are great. Services are ok. But one thing i would suggest the management to look upon is the space for parking and the damp environment when it rains. Otherwise it's a great hotel for place like N.lakhimpur.

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at the Maple Leaf Country Hotel, and my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I checked in, the service was shockingly rude and unprofessional. The staff's lack of courtesy and consideration made for an incredibly uncomfortable stay. One of the most disappointing aspects was the lack of privacy, even though I had paid for a room.They will come to check every hour whether you are alone or you have successfully sneaked somebody into your room. Additionally, the attitude of the hotel staff only exacerbated the negative experience. Their dismissive demeanor and reluctance to address concerns made it clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority.

This is absolutely unacceptable! The entrance might look fine, but the room is a disaster. No water, room service ignoring us, exorbitant food prices, a non-functional intercom, and rooms with dirty beds and a general lack of cleanliness. This is beyond frustrating!

Feel like not-so-little 18th century European shack in the 21st century Indian rustic atmosphere... Thoughtful feeling therein- from Kafka to Irish poetry... It's different...
