Came and admitted here only by hearing about a doctor but rest everything are very poor. Service from medical and other staff are very pathetic and admitting rooms are very cleanliness. the hospital side has not taking serious about hygiene. We should need to wear mask or something for survival from bad smell coming from somewhere.

I had a great experience at the hospital. The staff was attentive and caring, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the medical professionals were knowledgeable and thorough in their treatment. Overall, I felt well taken care of and confident in the quality of care I received.

My wife was admitted at this hospital for a week. From the time we started interacting with the Doctor, it has been a positive experience with human touch. We are really appreciating the Dr a lot for taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. The rooms and general area are well maintained and the nurses are highly skilled, co-operative and dedicated. The cleaning staff are hardworking and punctual. In case of any inconvenience or problem we informed to the management/office staff and they promptly resolving the same. Really a trustworthy hospital with excellent services in all aspects be it doctors, nursing staff, house keeping, Pharmacy etc and maintaining a homely atmosphere. On comparison with other hospitals the charges are reasonable. The location is easly accessible. About health Insurance Coverage :- Being a non net work hospital, we have to pay the bill and submit the re-imbursement claim. The expert and sincere staff of Insurance claim division is providing complete documents including claim form Part B and other connected document, at the time of discharge. Within 30days of submission of documents, the Insurance company credited the entire claim amount without raising any objection/observation . I highly recommend this Hospital for specialised treatment with excellent result. Please convey our words of appreciation to the excellent team of Doctors, Nursing and adm staff Keep it up. The management is unaware about the internal fight of nurses. There are some established nurses who would never allow new ones, standard ones and experienced ones to survive long. Even patients had to ask the nurses to stop quarrels. Groupism among nurses is spoiling the reputation of the hospital. (But I must say one thing that Dr.Shahnavas is a sincere and able doctor loved by patients).

Terrible experience at Manzoor hospital. Wasn't allowed to park, despite needing medical assistance. Their parking policy is incredibly inconvenient and shows a lack of consideration for patients. The place is a breeding ground for germs. Dirty floors, grimy waiting areas, and unkempt restrooms. I felt more at risk of getting sick inside than when I arrived. A total disregard for patient safety and well-being. Steer clear if you value your health.

We are still IN here.. and fed up with this hospital. The room has fan but no regular.. due to which we are unable to switch on the fan as it has the maximum speed. There is no proper place in the room to keep things. No proper hot water. No drinking (hot water) as the cafeteria here close at 7pm.. the most important part here are the nurses.. I have seen many of the caring nurses.. bt here.. they behave,, as if we forcefully asked them to be a nurse. The worst people ever. However there are 2 nurses has little heart. The worst ever service. Whnever we go nd say something, they ask us to go down and make a complaint. 4 floor nurses need a big time training how to talk to their patient/ people. Just waiting to get out frm this place. Appreciated the doctor who speak with full heart especially dr. Kunjahammad. Bt ur nurses gonna kill the reputation of this hospital.

Very nice service, excellent doctors and reasonable billing tariffs.

Poor nursing care and the worst casualty . It is no longer recommended.
