Manyata Residency Park - Featured Reviews (2437)
What was once a cherished park has sadly transformed into a mere showpiece. The roads leading to the park have been severely cut, and parking space has dwindled, particularly as a significant section is now a no-parking zone. Oddly, DSLR photography is prohibited here. You can capture photos through mobile though. Moreover, the wooden stairs have weathered poorly, posing a potential safety hazard. The park's greenery remains, but the crowd has taken a local turn, attracting a less desirable element.
It's unfortunate to note that a few children are often seen loitering in the park, asking for money, which can be unsettling as it may lead to belongings being stolen so please beware. On the positive side, there is a security presence guiding visitors through the park's guidelines. Overall, it's disheartening to witness what was once a frequented park deteriorated into a neglected space with no evident maintenance or improvements.
Best place to go walking .

Enjoying nature while walking.
Many Naval ( Jamun Fruits ) trees are there and many fruits are there and mango trees with fruits are there . .

Good place for walk to have fresh air and spent some Peaceful time
This is one of the best landmarks for manyata techpark. The park is located at the end of the techpark and within the manyata residency.
The park is just between the kannada actor shivraj Kumar house and biotree head office.
Very peaceful environment, many people from the residency walk and jog here. In the afternoon all people from techpark walk here to relax. Most afternoons are crowded.
Security is available in continuous surveillance. It is safe to visit this park. But teenagers be aware i have seen many caught with police.
Nice location for photoshoots. I have seen so many wedding and maternity photoshoots here. I think there is no fee for location.
Must visit!
This review is completely based on my experience.
Quite, peaceful and calming place.....it is somewhat clean but it's not maintained at all. The wooden bridge needs to get repaired soon or it can lead to some unexpected injuries to individuals..please take extra care while walking on the bridge....this place is good for walking and doing exercise...one could feel relaxed and refreshing....this place is good for photoholic ones....you can get some nice clicks here...place is small but you can't find better than this park in the whole area.
Good and Small Part inside Manyatha Tech Park. Wooden bridge is broken. so be careful while walking.
