The guy here was too smart but probably didn't know how to create goodwill with the customers. When I told him that the making charges for the piece of jewellery I selected, are too high as compared to his peers, he showed readiness to reduce the charges by 2% if I make payment in cash, instead of card. I agreed and did not check his calculations. He used all his smartness to cheat me for a sum as little as Rs. 82 which I realised after I left the showroom. Very cheap. I am never going back to the place again.
