Good hotel in a prime locality. The rooms are good. Service is also acceptable. However, they charge Rs.65 for 1 litre water bottle where the MRP is printed as Rs.20. This I think is unacceptable. Selling water for three times more than the MRP is totally unacceptable. Their complementary buffet breakfast is excellent but their resuraurant is heavily priced with limited menu.
This hotel is located in a good spot. However it is too expensive against the quality of rooms and service that they provide. Check in process was simple and good. Rooms were average. However there was no hot water in the shower. The quality of water was not soft. It was very bad and was smelling weird.
Had ordered cake from Mantris hotel bakery for my sons birthday. The texture was smooth and the taste was wow! Finishing was also good.. Found a new place which we can call a good bakery and prices are reasonable. Must try
Beside the hotel experience the food here is very delicious. Everyone must try their buffet breakfast which is great and also their menu is huge. The hotel experience is decent, service is very good, location and atmosphere is ok.
